VICTORVILLE — A 4.3 earthquake hit 21 miles east and north east of Lucerne Valley on Friday Night, according to the U.S. Geological Society.The quake reportedly hit about 22 miles northeast of Lucerne Valley at approximately 10:13 p.m. The earthquake was first reported as a 4.4, but then downgraded to a 4.3. No aftershocks were reported as of press time.
