Good news for the U.S. commercial real estate industry: The Protecting American Taxpayers from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act includes two very positive FIRPTA provisions that are conservatively estimated to boost foreign investment in U.S. commercial real estate by $20-$30 billion per year.

Local deputies receive Hope and Courage awards

The Fire and Burn Foundation presented the Hope and Courage award to two San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies on Friday. Deputy Asiah Medawar, from the Victorville Station, and Deputy Kamden Lang, from the Victor Valley Station, were honored for their lifesaving heroics. Each year the foundation recognizes individuals who risked their lives to save others and their selfless dedication to others.
