The City Council on Tuesday, Jan. 16, will consider making arrangements to complete a $119,000 rehabilitation of the T-Street overpass, a pedestrian bridge that serves as a beach access over the coastal railroad tracks.
A contractor hired by the city failed to finish the work in 2016, abandoning the project and directing the city to contact a bonding company to have the work completed, the city said. The council expects to make arrangements with the bonding company to finish the work.
